SOUL IN TOUCH – Table Bodywork Foundation Training
A 5-day immersive training in conscious touch, presence and embodied bodywork at Casa el Riego, in the Valley of Güímar.
Over five full days you learn to give a complete table bodywork session, with a somatic, intuitive approach that goes beyond technique: rhythm, flow and presence. The work is table-based, inspired by Thai Yoga Massage, with stretches and energy-line work, and it is woven together with YogaQiFlow and Qi Gong every morning.
The training is designed to give you the skills and the confidence to offer your own sessions.
A typical day
08:00 – 09:45 Morning practice (Qi Gong / YogaQiFlow)
10:00 – 11:15 Silent brunch and rest
11:15 – 14:30 SOUL IN TOUCH table bodywork practice / Qi exploration
14:30 – 15:15 Snacks, pool, rest
15:15 – 18:30 SOUL IN TOUCH table bodywork practice
19:00 – 20:15 Dinner
20:15 – 21:00 Optional evening activity
Who it is for
Bodyworkers, massage therapists, Thai Yoga Massage practitioners, yoga and movement teachers, holistic therapists, and anyone curious to learn bodywork in a practical, accessible way. A basic familiarity with bodywork is asked for: either a SOUL IN TOUCH 2-day workshop or some experience in bodywork, movement or a holistic/therapeutic field.
Small group, 12 students max. Fresh vegetarian meals every day, made with produce from the finca.
