Daniela Tablado Hello and welcome :)


I’m Daniela. I’m a practitioner and a seeker, continually learning from life’s unfolding, from my teachers, from nature, and from the practice of turning inward. What I share is not something I have figured out, but a path I continue to deepen myself in. I feel fortunate to be able to be of service to others on their own path.


My work is guided by the understanding that the way we tend our inner life shapes the way we show up in the world — how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the larger web of life.


My invitation is to pause, to slow down, become more present, and turn towards our inner experience with curiosity and care. Through meditation, inquiry, conscious movement, nature connection and ritual, we explore the qualities and patterns that shape how we live and relate, and gently move towards what is wholesome.


For me, inner work is not about fixing ourselves or becoming someone else. It is about cultivating the conditions for greater presence, stillness, clarity and an open heart. And allowing these qualities to find expression in how we show up in life. 


My practice and offerings are rooted in Buddha Dhamma, Engaged Spirituality, Deep Ecology and Yoga.
