Choose how clients book

For each listing you choose one of two methods. Set up both and pick per listing – you can change it later.

Pay by card

Clients pay by card when they book and their place is confirmed at once. Stripe sends the money to your Stripe account, then to your bank – Alt.Tenerife never holds it.

Best for events with limited places, classes and workshops, anything you want paid in advance or with fewer no-shows.

Alt.Tenerife fee: 5%
of the listed price, deducted from each payment. Stripe's card fee is separate: about 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards, 1–2% more for cards from outside the EU.

Stripe card fee: − about €0.78
You receive about €32.47

By inquiry

Clients send you an inquiry from your listing. Once they confirm their email, you exchange contact details and take it from there – talk first, then transfer, cash or your own payment link. Nothing is paid through Alt.Tenerife.

Best for 1:1 sessions, custom or variable pricing, anything that needs a conversation first or where you confirm availability before booking.

Alt.Tenerife fee: 3% per verified inquiry
of the listed price. It pays for the introduction, so it applies even if the person later decides not to book.

You keep €77.60

Setting up payments

Before people can book or send you an inquiry, the booking method you chose needs a short setup. You do it once and it covers every listing you publish. Free listings need no setup at all.

Set your price

Your pricing options depend on the booking method you choose.

With card payments

Fixed priceone price for everyone.

Whenever you can, show a price or a range – people see whether it fits their budget before they write, and you get better-matched inquiries.
